SHIPPING:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, but we estimate it will take 1-6 business days from the date of purchase depending on your location in the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
DripLab Designs LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
DripLab Designs LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Overview
At DripLab Designs LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below.
RETURNS:
- Eligibility: Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us through the contact page or driplabesigns.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If rejected, we will contact you and proceed with a solution that works for both of us from there.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as processing time may take several days. If you do not see that on your end, please contact us through the contact page or email and we would be happy to help.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made if the product is unused and has all of it's original packaging within 2 weeks from the original purchase.
